At East Texas Fireplace, we strive to find the best shipping service available for every order. Due to the size and weight of many of our products — including gas log sets, burners, and fireplace accessories — some items require freight shipping via a trucking carrier rather than standard parcel delivery (UPS, FedEx, USPS).
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods
- Standard Parcel: Smaller items such as glass media, decorative rocks, and accessories ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
- Freight Shipping: Larger items such as burners and complete fireplace sets may ship via a freight carrier. Freight shipments are delivered curbside unless otherwise arranged.
Freight Delivery — Important Notes
- Freight deliveries require someone to be present to receive and sign for the shipment.
- Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
- If damage is found after the carrier has left, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
